Having an allotment is all about maximising the space that you have so that you can achieve a high yield as possible – and there’s no reason why you can’t apply this to your own home or in a flat. Sainsbury’s Money published this infographic which details how you can grow strawberries in 5 easy steps – with just a few pots, a little bit of compost and either some seeds or some plants.

I hope you find the below useful and if you try it, I’d love to know the results.

Strawberries are a real diamond fruit because not only are they sweet and tasty but they also assist with boosting the immune system, brain function and combating cancer.  If you’re pregnant, then strawberries are a great source of folic acid which helps to prevent birth defects.

Once you have one plant, you can cultivate them to produce more plants, and that will ultimately result in more strawberries! Yay!
